Earth Gen-BioFuel Inc. to Open a Separate Production Facilities for its “MicroHab” “Tiny House” Product Line in Response to Dealer Interest.

Las Vegas, NV – February 4, 219 - Earth Gen-BioFuel Inc.(OTC:EGBB), “EarthGen” or “the Company” announces new MicroHab production facilities and advance dealer commitments.

Resulting from our introduction of the MicroHab self-contained “Tiny Home” at industry and consumer events, dealers from the states of California, Oregon and Washington have signed on to represent the first products expected to provide 186 sq. ft of living area. Total early commitments for these MicroHab “Tiny Houses” exceeds 40 units, the retail price is expected to be in the range of $60,000 to $65,000 pending on final configuration options. Production scheduling is planned for first deliveries to start in the second quarter of 2019.

The MicroHab production facility is in addition to the facility that will produce the 400 to 1000 square foot “Park Model homes that are the subject of the  purchase agreement from HVHOMECENTR LLC, operating in the State of Oregon as Hope Valley Resorts. That purchase agreement calls for the purchase of 300 Park Model Homes that will accommodate the expansion of Hope Valley Resorts existing 100 home Community. To accommodate the needs of dedicated “Park Model” production we are using a combination of a subcontractor and our own production facility to produce the homes purchased by Hope Valley Resorts.

The Company is in the advanced stages of preparing MicroHab manufacturing facilities in the Caldwell Idaho area.  The facility is expected to open in April and will support initial production levels of 20 units a month. EarthGen’s management is monitoring the expansion of dealer interest and expects to increase production levels to 80 units per month by the end of the 2019.

The MicroHab “Tiny House” product will represent the fusion of the log cabin appeal of these mobile living units with recreational vehicle conveniences. Advanced technology will be used to provide unique consumer features and product condition awareness for sustained use.

Earth Gen-BioFuel (OTC:EGBB), “EarthGen” or “the Company,” announces new product strategy.

Responding to overwhelming demand from downsizing home owners and recreational vehicle consumers, Earth Gen-Biofuel has begun development of a hybrid home that blends materials science with new smart technology. As the company transitions to become a manufacturer and distributor of “Tiny Homes”, our products will utilize networks and mobile device software to provide comfort features and home predictive/protection capabilities. The company will introduce its first new products this spring under the name of MicroHab.

Prior to joining Earth Gen as its CEO in May of 2018, Mr. Hayes had a long career in managing  complex projects employing large groups of people. His project assignments included the petrochemical industry where he had responsibility for several multi-million dollar plant improvement projects. He also was program manager for a twenty million dollar high speed transportation project and a fifty five million dollar aircraft upgrade project in South America.

In 2001 working in partnership with engineers from ATT, Robert applied his digital technology knowledge to develop systems for digital retailing over wide area and cellular networks, which required the development of security measures for data and media distribution to point of sale devices. As a result of interest from institutional banking and mobile money transfer companies, Mr. Hayes formed his own company to further improve and market the technology. As President, Robert dealt with global critical infrastructure and mobile communications systems, and worked with representatives of many international regulatory agencies.

Las Vegas, NV – December 27, 2018 – Earth Gen-BioFuel Inc. Announces Purchase Order for 300 Park Model Homes.

Earth Gen-Biofuel (OTC:EGBB), “EarthGen” or “the Company”, announces that it has received a purchase order for 300 of its Park Model Homes for delivery starting in the first quarter of 2019.

Earth Gen and the International Housing Concepts (“IHC”) an operating division of Earth Gen-Biofuel Inc. received a formal purchase agreement from HVHOMECENTR LLC, operating in the State of Oregon as Hope Valley Resorts.  The purchase agreement calls for the purchase of 300 Park Model Homes that will accommodate the expansion of Hope Valley Resorts existing 100 home Community.

Robert Hayes CEO, stated, “working with Hope Valley Resorts is an opportunity for Earth Gen and IHC to have a long term purchase agreement to support our manufacturing process for Park Model homes. We are starting the production of the 300 Park Model homes which are a unique design to meet the needs of the Hope Valley Resort community. Earth Gen is receiving a series of substantial production deposit payments according to the terms of purchase agreement due to the specific design requirements of the purchase agreement”.

To accommodate the needs of dedicated production facilities IHC is using a combination of a subcontractor and its own production facility to produce the homes purchased by Hope Valley. IHC is in the process of provisioning facilities to meet the 10 to 20 units a month delivery schedule for Hope Valley and also provide production capacity to support additional similar purchase agreements.

Las Vegas, NV – December 6, 2018 – Earth Gen-BioFuel Inc. Announces Opening of International Operations Center in Europe.

Earth Gen-BioFuel (OTC:EGBB), “EarthGen” or “the Company”, announces that it has engaged Dr. Niccolo Caderni to direct the company’s operations in Europe.

Dr. Cademi will head our international operations for sourcing, supply and marketing operations in Europe. This will position the company for housing projects inside the EU and as well as direct access to natural raw materials and innovative construction technology. We believe that there is a growing demand for Tiny Homes in the EU and Earth Gen wants to be in a position to address this growing market as a complement to our fabrication and marketing plans in the US.

We are planning to open offices near the financial district in London during the first quarter of 2019. Earth Gen plans to enter into exclusive agreements with a wood fabricator that has developed proprietary labor saving modular wall panels, a key component in reducing the production costs of our Tiny Homes. We plan to use the panels in our Tiny Home construction process to deliver unique floor plan options and at the same time reduce engineering and labor costs.

Dr. Niccolò Caderni, Director of European Strategies, is the recipient of the 1978 Award of the Italian Physical Society for his research on General Relativity. Dr. Caderni has held academic positions at Cambridge University, the University of California, and the University of Pavia, amongst others. In the mid 1980’s, Niccolò developed an interest in the then nascent field of technology transfer, and developed his career as a technology strategist.
